Christopher’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of creditors in and outside of bankruptcy proceedings.
Christopher has represented the interests of creditors in federal courts, state courts and alternative dispute resolution proceedings in more than twenty states.
As part of his practice, Christopher assists creditors in the enforcement of loan agreements, including obtaining judgments, conducting foreclosure sales and recovering and liquidating personal property collateral. Christopher also has extensive experience in representing residential housing lenders and servicers against wrongful foreclosure and related lawsuits brought by borrowers.
Additionally, Christopher is an adjunct professor of business law at Kansas City, Kansas Community College.
