After nearly 30 years as a litigator, Greg brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of toxic tort and product liability law. He practices from Portland, Oregon through our Link virtual office.
Greg’s background has encompassed a variety of toxic tort matters and chemical exposures, including asbestos, benzene, and manufacturing and industrial processing chemicals, and he has represented both the makers of industrial equipment and other manufacturing clients, as well as premises owners. His diverse experience allows him to approach cases with a comprehensive perspective, enabling him to develop tailored strategies that meet each client’s unique needs. Over the years, he has worked with clients who range from multinational corporations to universities, as well as medium-sized businesses and small business owners. This variety has given him a keen understanding of the expectations and challenges faced by different types of clients, and he readily adapts to the needs of each business he serves.
After beginning his career handling toxic tort cases for manufacturers, Greg then devoted several years to the representation of large property owners, including amusement parks, hotels, and sports arenas, in premises liability and personal injury cases.
Greg is known for and specializes in crafting highly persuasive briefs, motions, and oral arguments before state and federal courts, and he has substantial experience with complex summary judgment motions. He enjoys tackling intricate legal issues and has honed his attention to detail through extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, effectively advocating for clients.
