Overview

Jennifer is a commercial litigator who excels at trial preparation.

Jennifer supports complex commercial litigation matters, with a special focus on no-fault insurance defense. While she currently spends much of her time assisting a major rental company with insurance cases in New York venues, she also has experience with financial, toxic tort, intellectual property and mortgage matters and is prepared to apply her broad litigation and discovery skills in a variety of industries.

With an interest in the trial process that dates back to the mock trials of her undergraduate years, Jennifer has long recognized litigation as her calling. She describes herself as a behind the scenes litigator who simply loves the nuts and bolts of the process. She’s enthusiastic about legal research and about digging deeply into pleadings and discovery materials, and she’s usually known as the trial team member who can find any piece of information at a moment’s notice. She’s also known for her skill at prepping witnesses, and she’s passionate about finding the right arguments to set the team up for success at trial.

Jennifer’s true gift is that she’s a detail-oriented, almost obsessively meticulous professional. Her organizational skills are a huge help in managing large cases or in working with high case volumes, and clients can be confident that she has every piece of a case under control.

When she’s at home in New York, Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends, working on her creative writing to stretch a different area of her brain, and exercising, with a particular passion for kickboxing. She also participates in a weekly shuffleboard league in Brooklyn.
