Overview

Josh defends clients in asbestos litigation and other toxic tort matters.

After beginning his career with a focus on product liability litigation, Josh focused quickly on asbestos exposure allegations. He appreciated that while every case is centered on similar allegations, each situation has a unique set of circumstances that called for a customized strategy. Josh has defended asbestos claims for over a decade, regularly handling cases from start to finish and at all stages of litigation. He has experience defending all types of clients, whether they be manufacturers, premise owners, employers, contractors, or suppliers.

Josh devotes a significant portion of his time to taking depositions and is known for actively listening to the deponent and crafting his inquiries based on each response. While many cases result in dismissals or settlement, he always develops litigation strategy with a potential trial in mind.

Known for his communication skills, Josh is a highly responsive attorney who listens closely to his clients. He strives to give clients a full, honest picture of how a case is likely to go, while keeping the client’s goals and reputation in mind during all facets of the defense.
