Maddie Kincaid

Associate
Overview

Maddie represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

Maddie’s interest in litigation was sparked through undergraduate and law school mock trial. She found the process of preparing for trial and advocating in front of a jury exhilarating. Trial reminded her of her days growing up as an athlete, running track and playing competitive soccer, where hard work, preparation, adaptability, and a competitive drive were key. She realized that these same qualities would make her a successful litigator.

Through her past work at various district attorney’s offices, Maddie gained a deep appreciation for the balance between thorough preparation and the ability to think on her feet during a trial. Maddie now focuses her practice on commercial litigation, which allows her to work closely with clients to solve complex problems. She enjoys the challenge of litigation and the opportunity to help others through oral advocacy.

Maddie is known for her critical thinking capabilities, her interpersonal skills, and her ability to perform well under pressure. She is committed to ensuring that clients receive the most favorable outcome possible while feeling supported every step of the way.
