Matthew handles complex litigation matters, with a special focus on no-fault insurance defense. He currently devotes most of his time to helping a major rental company manage hundreds of such cases in New York venues; however, he has a broad background with experience in a wide variety of types of litigation. Matthew began his legal career at a very small firm where he was tasked with managing just about every litigation matter that came in the door, from trademark matters to debt collection to landlord/tenant rights to title actions and mortgage renegotiations. The intense experience prepared him for just about anything a case might throw at him.
