Nikki focuses her litigation practice on toxic tort and product liability, collaborating closely with clients and attorney teams for optimal results.

Nikki assists clients with complex litigation in state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Illinois. Product manufacturers, contractors and premises owners large and small in the industrial equipment, transportation, HVAC and cosmetic products sectors are among those relying on Nikki’s guidance at all phases of litigation, from pleading and discovery through depositions and settlement negotiations. As part of national coordinating counsel and trial teams in toxic tort litigation, Nikki collaborates on strategy and manages cases in some of the nation’s toughest mass tort jurisdictions.

Nikki is appreciated by clients not only for her client-focused legal solutions, but for her background as an intern at a global engineering corporation. She’s sensitive to the day-to-day operational demands of keeping businesses running during litigation and provides strategies accordingly.   • Represented product manufacturer that supplied asbestos-containing materials as lead associate in 500+ cases pending throughout Missouri and Illinois, obtaining dismissals in dozens of cases prior to trial.
  • Conducted 50+ depositions, cross-examining plaintiffs alleging asbestos exposure from product manufacturers, equipment suppliers, contractors and premises owners.

Nikki enjoys travelling.

She’s taken recent trips all across the United States, as well as Costa Rica, Portugal, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria and Spain. Next Stop: South Africa. At home, she enjoys sampling local breweries and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
