Rob guides clients through intricate corporate transactions.
A member of the firm’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities teams, Rob has experience representing sophisticated clients in a variety of corporate matters. He has assisted with corporate transactions on both the buy and sell side, auction-style sales, startup incorporation and equity buyouts, and major land acquisitions for renewable energy projects, and he often assists in general corporate organization and management. His experience also includes participation in cross-border deals working with overseas financial institutions and private equity firms.
Prior to his legal career, Rob served as a project manager for a software company managing a multi-national team. Rob routinely found himself liaising between technical engineering teams and leadership, ensuring clear communication and project efficiency—a skill he still uses today as an attorney.
In addition to a summer associateship at Husch Blackwell, Rob interned as a law student in the legal office of a global cybersecurity company, where he sharpened his understanding of client needs. Recognizing that clients often know their objectives but often appreciate a clear roadmap, Rob harnesses his interpersonal skills to bridge this gap.
