Whittney is a senior paralegal and a Certified eDiscovery Specialist who supports clients and attorneys in high-stakes commercial litigation.
With more than 30 years of experience in the legal industry, Whittney has worked on a wide variety of complex commercial, intellectual property, appellate, class action and qui tam litigation matters. She has extensive experience in trials and arbitrations, attending more than 50 in her career. In addition to state and federal courts, she has experience with cases filed with the International Trade Commission, multi-district litigation and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Whittney performs a variety of substantive legal work, including all aspects of case management from case inception to conclusion. She is especially experienced in document collection and review, document production and database management. She is certified in eDiscovery and is a member of the firm’s eDiscovery Solutions team.
