U.S. Customs regulations are a maze that take intricate knowledge and understanding to navigate. Jasmine understands the importance of identifying and addressing risks within international trade, specifically regarding regulatory compliance and supply chain security. Her work experience has centered around tariff classification, country of origin determination, valuation, CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), contract negotiation and policy and procedure implementation.

Jasmine focuses on the client’s business goals and provides a clear and customized path to compliance. Her Masters of Business Admin, along with years of experience working as a corporate professional, gives her keen insight to balancing the demands of a corporation while integrating necessary Customs measures. 

Jasmine’s practice includes advising businesses on ways to ensure that their international supply chains are protected and secured from origin to destination. She gained a wealth of supply chain knowledge during her time rebuilding and managing a top-tier supply chain security program, learning firsthand what it takes to obtain a best-in-class supply chain profile. Her close interaction with Customs officials and understanding of international trade at multiple levels gives her the unique perspective needed to help clients stay on track.

Outside the Office

Jasmine and her husband, Javon, have enjoyed spending this past year being first-time parents to their one-year-old son, Leo. Leo recently took his first steps and has already mastered his favorite word – “Mama.” During their spare time, Jasmine and her husband both also enjoy coaching youth sports, traveling and being DIY home renovators.

Jasmine enjoyed spending time working with the Fort Bend Public Defender’s office. She is also passionate about pro bono work and serving as a mentor to youth girls and law school students.
